For Schools

As an approved welfare service provider for many top institutions and schools, we are vigilant in maintaining our high level of service standards and regulatory processes to ensure our compliance with the National Code 2018 and provider requirements.

As a professional caregiver services company for under-aged students, we are extremely vigilant in

maintaining the appropriate processes, policies, insurance and technology in place to meet our responsibilities as a care provider for minors and to ensure our compliance under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000, and in particular, the National Code 2018. Our thorough internal process also assists our partnering institutions with their obligation to monitor their third party providers.

As we operate across several cities, we also ensure that any state/territory specific requirements relating to our industry is adhered to.

PSC Is a Child Safe Organization

We all have an obligation to ensure that children are kept safe from harm and abuse and for an organization that work with minors on a daily basis, this is even more so.

At PSC, we have a zero tolerance policy for child abuse and have stringent Child Safe Standards and processes in place to ensure that we do our utmost in ensuring that none of our students are subject to any form of harm and abuse. We are committed to assisting our students to fully understand their rights and empower them to speak up if they feel unsafe in any way, with any one.

Our Commitment on Child Safe Standards

As a provider of caregiver services to young children, PSC’s primary focus is the safety and wellbeing of the students that come under our care.

We have a zero tolerance policy for child abuse, which can be in the form of physical violence, sexual offences, serious emotional or psychological abuse (including social media) and serious neglect and are committed to protect all students from any kind of harm.

We uphold and promote the cultural safety of children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds and believe that every child has a right to feel safe and BE safe in a positive environment that fosters their full potential.

PSC is fully committed to helping children understand these rights and to empower them with the strength to speak up and report if they feel unsafe in any way, with any one.

All our staff have a responsibility to understand the important and specific role he/she plays individually and collectively to ensure that the wellbeing and safety of all children and young people is at the forefront of all they do and every decision they make.
